A meaning-making studio for the inner work that doesn't have a name yet.

Most of what shapes you operates beneath your awareness. The patterns you repeat, the fantasies you return to, the discomfort you circle but never face. This material is data and it shows you exactly how it works, if you give it the right conditions.

Mirth & Myth exists to build those conditions. Through designed exercises, reflective structures, and imaginal frameworks, this studio develops methodologies for surfacing what the conscious mind prefers to leave alone and for learning to read what surfaces.

This is an ongoing practice of taking your own inner material seriously and studying it over time.

Ongoing Inquiries
Imaginal Pattern Studies
Cohort-based
Designed writing exercises that bypass the conscious mind and surface the imaginal material underneath — then teach you to read your own patterns.
Reflective & Symbolic Living
Frameworks
Using objects, media, environments, and everyday choices as mirrors of the inner world. The external life as oracle.
Fantasy, Escapism & Avoidance
Deep inquiry
Examining what daydreams and fantasies reveal about what we're avoiding in reality — and learning to pause before acting.
The Creative In-Between
Process work
Incubation, liminal space, and the strange productive emptiness between ideas. Reframing the pause as the work itself.
Active Imagination & Depth Traditions
Study & practice
Drawing from Jung, esoteric symbolism, archetypal structures, and ancient frameworks — not as academic study, but as lived inquiry.
The methods surface the material. What you do with it is up to you.

This studio is quiet by design. The work can look playful, uncomfortable, or strange — that's on purpose. The process is deliberate, sometimes slow, sometimes frustrating. It strips back the rehearsed version of you to show what's actually operating underneath. If conventional approaches to understanding yourself haven't worked, and you're drawn to depth through unconventional means, this might make sense to you.
